The concrete embankment of the Kyiv Reservoir is a hotspot for fishermen. But there’s a problem: the embankment is separated from the road with a two-meter concrete barrier, which is impossible to climb over. And there are a whopping 2 entrances to the 5-km long embankment. Therefore, fishermen make special constructions to overcome the obstacle. I don't know if the designers of the embankment simply did not expect that someone would want to fish there. Or, conversely, they believed that such an obstacle would deter fishermen from potentially dangerous territory. Just because the entry is limited doesn’t mean imagination has a limit. As a result, we have an example of how obstacles and inconvenience spark DIY creativity.
